Anna is a passionate wellness practitioner currently in her final year of naturopathic medical school, on the path to becoming a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. With a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Winnipeg (2021) and additional training in nutrition, she brings a deeply rooted, evidence-informed approach to holistic healing. Her journey into natural medicine began in early childhood, growing up with a strong appreciation for the body’s innate ability to heal itself. This lifelong passion evolved into a professional mission—to help others connect the mind, body and soul, uncover root causes, and restore balance through individualized care. Anna specializes in lymphatic facial massage, where her intuitive touch and calming presence help clients tap into deep relaxation and the parasympathetic “rest-and-heal” state. Lymphatic drainage is a gentle and powerful modality that promotes healthy lymph flow, supports detoxification, enhances natural skin glow, and promotes emotional relief. This technique can help reduce puffiness, improve skin tone and elasticity, ease muscle tension in the face and neck, reduce headache tension and its recurrence. Clients often describe her as having “healing hands” and say they feel peaceful and grounded just by being in her energy. She is also a certified Reiki Practitioner (since 2024), integrating energy healing into her practice for a truly restorative experience. In addition to her clinical practice, Anna is the founder of a growing women’s community (YourAlchemySpace), where she hosts empowering seminars designed to awaken feminine energy of creation, encourage self-connection, and support women in stepping confidently into their highest potential. Anna’s work is guided by compassion, presence, and a deep belief in the power of natural healing.

Mia earned her Diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. She is a registered acupuncturist and certified practitioner of Balance Method acupuncture. Mia implements techniques such as mirror imaging, channel palpation and yin/yang balancing to create treatments that invoke a feeling of harmonious relaxation.

Mia received training in advanced facial rejuvenation acupuncture with industry leading expert Michelle Gellis. Her Facial treatments include full-body acupuncture, gentle facial cupping, guasha and LED light therapy with the Celluma Pro. LED therapy works on a cellular level by aiding compromised cells in regeneration and stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. Exposure is shown to increase production of growth factors influencing inflammation, healing and wound repair. When paired with facial acupuncture this makes for a great combo to improve overall complexion, reducing wrinkles, acne and pain.

After moving to Los Angeles in her early twenties, Mia’s fascination with the many facets of the health and wellness flourished. She dove deeply into her yoga and meditation practice, and was introduced to Reiki . From there, she knew she needed to expand her understanding of the energetic healing arts. Leading her to spend time living and working at a healing center in Cusco, Peru. These are some of the experiences that inspired her to pursue a profession in Chinese medicine. As a practitioner, they allow her to apply a well-rounded approach to each patient’s individual process.

Mia has a special interest in treating pain, digestive issues, mental health, nervous system dysregulation, women’s health, fertility, and idiopathic issues. She offers various other modalities in her treatments, such as Reiki, craniosacral therapy, sound healing, tui na, cupping, and gua sha. She holds a safe space for people to come as they are and thrives on assisting patients in making subtle shifts towards a greater state of vitality and well-being.

I believe that one of the most valuable things we can offer another person is our full attention. Massage therapy creates a unique opportunity to slow down, listen, and provide connected care.

My fascination with the relationship between mind and body has been one of the guiding forces behind my journey into massage therapy. Decades of sport, physical work, personal injuries, and countless hours as a patient have shaped both my appreciation for recovery and my belief that healing is about more than treating individual muscles or joints.

My approach combines careful assessment with an intuitive, creative treatment style that adapts to each person. While pain may point us toward a shoulder or a back, that’s simply where we begin. I enjoy looking beyond the obvious, because understanding how your body has adapted over time often leads to more meaningful treatment.

My goal is simple: that you leave each session feeling lighter, empowered, and genuinely cared for.
